What You'll Be Responsible For

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our Developer Marketing team as a Developer Relations Manager for the Americas region. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving developer advocacy efforts to engage and educate developers about Circle's products and services. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling content, leading workshops, and speaking at industry events to inspire builders in the Web3 space. You'll also support developers in ensuring a seamless platform experience and provide valuable insights to internal teams for ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be an active and authentic participant in Web3 communities, representing Circle as the face of the company in the developer ecosystem.
  • Create engaging content that educates and guides developers to build applications faster with Circle tools and services.
  • Develop and execute strategic developer growth and engagement strategies that contribute directly to Circle's business objectives.
  • Attend, speak, and present at crypto and blockchain conferences targeted at developers and builders.
  • Champion customer needs in the rapidly changing crypto and blockchain problem space.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to amplify transparency and trust in Circle's products and services.

What You'll Bring to Circle

We're looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • 7+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Software Engineering, or a related field, preferably in the crypto and blockchain ecosystem.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for explaining complex technical topics in an engaging way.
  • An ownership mentality, with a willingness to take initiative and drive results.
  • Hands-on development experience, with the ability to build demos and prototypes as needed.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, across multiple countries.
