Key Responsibilities:


Evaluate and streamline office operations and procedures, including personnel management, information systems, filing protocols, supply requisition, and clerical support.

Oversee facility management, including office layout planning, budget development, and cost-saving initiatives.

Coordinate activities across various clerical departments or teams, providing administrative and executive support as needed.

Organize schedules and communicate important announcements. Lead planning for events such as meetings, networking gatherings, and company-wide functions.
