Job Summary:
National Church Residences is seeking a skilled Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for the financial management of our properties, including budget preparation and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for preparation of budgets and financial management of property(ies).
- Prepare and document annual operating/capital improvement budgets.
- Analyze financial statement activities for assigned properties and act to maintain operational performance within budget.
- Assume responsibility for weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports for assigned properties.
- Ensure property operates within HUD and LIHTC rules.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of supportive services and other resources in the area served by the project.
- Demonstrated ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve, and provide results for the residents served.
