Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. As a Client Service Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the flow of clients and pets through our hospital, maximizing the productivity of our veterinary medical team, and ensuring exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Actively promote hospital services to new and existing clients, and develop strategies to increase client loyalty and retention.
  • Client Flow and Productivity: Coordinate the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective use of our veterinary medical team's time.
  • Client Communication and Education: Provide exceptional communication and education to clients on their pet's health, wellness plans, and hospital services.
  • Administrative Functions: Manage client documentation, maintain accurate financial records, and perform other administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our veterinary medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client care.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, veterinary medical team members, and other hospital staff.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple clients and pets, and maintain accurate records.
  • Knowledge of Veterinary Medical Services: Familiarity with veterinary medical services, including wellness plans, preventative care, and hospital services.
