Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring a friendly and efficient telephone experience for all incoming callers. Your contributions will be essential in helping the Call Center achieve its service level and quality performance goals.

Compensation:
New team members can anticipate starting on a wage scale ranging from $19.95 to $23.46 per hour. With demonstrated performance, there is potential for advancement on our comprehensive wage scale, which extends up to $26.92 per hour.

Work Schedule:
This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a Saturday rotation that includes a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications:
- Basic written and verbal communication skills, along with computational and computer proficiency typically acquired through high school education.
- Familiarity with customer service, call center operations, and patient scheduling processes, usually gained through on-the-job training.
- Keyboarding speed of 40 wpm and data entry skills.
- Proficiency with electronic clinical systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and scheduling systems, as well as Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively and exercise tact in resolving conflicts.
- Bilingual communication in Spanish is a plus.
