Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with airline and lounge clientele, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Account Growth: Recognize and pursue opportunities for expanding account services and collaborate with clients to enhance catering offerings.
  • Operational Management: Supervise the fulfillment of catering agreements, guaranteeing compliance with kosher guidelines and client requirements.
  • Menu Development: Work alongside culinary teams to design and refresh kosher menus that align with client desires and industry innovations.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any challenges or inquiries that may arise, delivering prompt and effective solutions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on account metrics, client insights, and market developments to foster ongoing enhancements.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site tastings with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in account management, ideally within the airline and airport lounge food service sector. Familiarity with kosher catering is highly advantageous.
