Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow existing accounts and secure new customers through prospecting and business development efforts.
  • Develop and implement effective territory business plans to increase sales and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Minimum 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build productive business relationships and develop solid territory business plans.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of the territory and its customer base.
