About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative - HVAC Equipment to join our team at Heating and Cooling Supply LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting top-quality HVAC/R equipment and supplies to customers, resolving customer relations problems, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the HVAC industry, excellent customer service skills, and experience in sales and inventory management. As a key member of our team, you will interact with internal and external sales teams, vendors, and contractors, assist in resolving customer relations problems, and complete sales order processes for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with internal and external sales teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Responsible for showroom merchandising and re-stocking product.
- Assist in resolving customer relations problems with both dealers and end users.
- Complete sales order process for customers with efforts to up-sell associated items.
- Loading and unloading of products in truck for delivery to customers and/or other Sales Centers.
- Receive, inspect and stock all merchandise.
- Verify all items received to items ordered for accuracy.
- Pick and verify orders for customers and inter-office transfers. Prepare orders for shipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Warehouse experience a plus.
- Experience in a wholesale HVAC equipment supply house preferred.
- Knowledge of air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level.
- Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service focus absolutely required.
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with skills to multi-task on different levels.
- Must possess the attitude of wanting to learn and grow with our Company.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
