2. Service Coordination: Schedules and monitors appointments for various medical services, ensuring smooth operations.

3. Compliance Tracking: Monitors client adherence to appointments and informs relevant personnel of any missed appointments.

4. Documentation and Reporting: Prepares and distributes medical appointment passes, ensuring accountability and attendance tracking.

5. Data Compilation: Gathers information from Medical and Dental staff to generate necessary monthly and quarterly reports, distributing them as required.

6. Administrative Support: Types various memoranda, letters, and other documents as needed.

7. Record Management: Reviews and updates client active medical records based on relevant lists.

8. Separation Processing: Types and manages client medical separation packets.

9. Additional Responsibilities: Performs other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the healthcare team.
