We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Client Service Specialist to join our team at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be the face of our Hair Color Bar, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and support to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a brand ambassador, educating guests about Madison Reed products and services, and promoting our brand values of Love, Joy, Trust, Courage, and Responsibility.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators, including retail sales, services, and memberships.
- Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and company asset security.
- Drive Hair Color Bar revenue through increasing the average service ticket, promoting additional services, and selling unlimited roots memberships, subscriptions, and home hair care products.
- Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales, with a preference for salon or beauty industry experience.
- Effective communication, strong problem-solving, and people skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
- Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems.
At Madison Reed, we offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $16.90 to $20 per hour, plus commission, tips, and potential bonuses. We are an equal opportunity employer and strive to create a workplace where everyone feels empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
