Your Responsibilities
In the role of Client Relationship Specialist, you will foster connections with clients through sophisticated selling techniques, outstanding customer service, and personalized engagement, establishing yourself as their trusted style advisor. This position involves assisting clients both in-store and through digital platforms, utilizing advanced technology for outreach and sales. You will possess a strong understanding of fashion and trends, enabling you to communicate effectively both in person and online. This role is based at the designated location and reports to the Sales Manager.
Key Duties
- Maintain a client-focused approach.
- Exhibit expert knowledge of styling and brand offerings, enhancing sales through technology and wardrobe consulting.
- Adapt product presentations based on whether clients are engaging remotely or in-person.
- Leverage selling tools and digital store technologies to facilitate sales, utilizing omni-channel and comprehensive inventory.
- Meet personal sales targets, client conversion rates, and wardrobe consulting objectives.
- Develop strategies to enhance individual productivity through wardrobe consulting, effective outreach, and technology utilization.
- Employ digital tools and social media to engage clients and drive intentional traffic.
- Contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere through teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Driven individual with a proven ability to set and meet sales objectives.
- Proficient in technology with experience in selling to clients via digital tools.
- Background in styling, fashion, and retail.
- Experience in commission-based sales.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule.
