Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and providing emotional support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output
  • Recognize and report any changes in a resident's condition to a supervisor
  • Assist with medication reminders and other activities of daily living
  • Transfer, position, and turn residents as needed
  • Provide skin care and other nursing rehabilitation services
  • Contribute to the resident's assessment and plan of care
  • Provide emotional and social support to residents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong commitment to providing excellent care and a passion for working with older adults. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
