Onboarding Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Experience Specialist to join our People Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Excel and HRIS systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the new hire onboarding experience in the field for new accounts, acquisitions, and large-scale events.
- Delegate onboarding activities as needed to improve the overall experience for new hires.
- Drive process improvements and implement changes to onboarding procedures.
- Build and report on retrospectives after each onboarding experience and continue to run process improvement cycles with business partners.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience working in a Recruiting, HR Operations, or Onboarding role.
- 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Tools, specifically Excel.
- 3 years of experience working in HRIS Systems.
Benefits:
- Salary range: $72,000 - $82,000.
- Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
