Clinical Specialist Role Overview

Vektor Medical, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical customer support, training, and onboarding new sites, while maintaining a strong rapport with site Electrophysiologists, lab staff, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Success: Provide clinical customer support, training, and onboarding new sites.
  • Commercialization: Support the development, maintenance, and management of Vektor Medical's mapping solution, clinical, and research efforts.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Work with Commercial/Sales or KOL departments to ensure a seamless experience for physicians and hospitals, while improving vMap workflow and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Workflow Improvement: Work with internal key stakeholders to maintain and/or improve vMap workflow by supporting KOL program needs, Commercial/Sales information requests, Operations, PR & Marketing, and providing Product feedback.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain positive Vektor relations with internal and external parties, including employees, customers, physicians, nurses, techs, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Organize and support multiple projects, initiatives, and efforts simultaneously.
  • Training and Development: Undergo quarterly training to maintain or improve CS area of expertise.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field, or equivalent healthcare experience required.

Ability to become certified on EP products required.

A minimum of two years increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries required.

Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures required.

Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol required.

Demonstrated advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems necessary.

Ability to apply engineering skills and abilities to interpret and solve complex clinical problems.

Comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to concentrate on detail and work independently.

Ability to work effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve assigned goals; capable of coordinating multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.

Comprehensive personal computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office or equivalent required) in graphics, word-processing, databases, authoring programs, etc., to develop presentation materials.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 base depending on location and experience.
