Overview:

The Senior Solutions Architect collaborates closely with clients while providing direct support to the sales team. It is crucial to effectively communicate solutions and services to both existing clients and potential prospects. Engagement in client opportunities begins with the initial meeting and extends through the design phases of the proposed solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce comprehensive statements of work (SOW) and proposals accompanied by a high-level project timeline.
  • Provide precise Bills of Materials.
  • Engage with the technical services delivery team to communicate client objectives.
  • Manage personal time, calendar, and follow-up tasks efficiently.
  • Adopt a consultative approach, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Ability to quickly grasp various products across a broad spectrum of network and security technologies.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Experience with HPE Aruba products is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Aruba ClearPass is highly desirable.
  • Aruba certifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in networking and security, with knowledge of best practices and technologies.
  • At least 3 years of pre-sales or client-facing experience, or equivalent post-sales consulting experience with a desire to transition into pre-sales.
  • Working knowledge of network and security products; preferred solutions include HPE Aruba, Palo Alto Networks, and Juniper.
  • Focus areas in networking include NAC, LAN/WAN design/architecture, SD-WAN, segmentation, and wireless.
  • Focus areas in security include perimeter security, endpoint protection, EDR, MFA, web and DNS security, and email protection.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
