This role is crucial in ensuring the effective design, execution, and deployment of AV solutions. You will contribute to the Audio-Visual strategy, aiming to elevate the collaborative meeting experience across various business sectors.

Position Responsibilities:

- Oversee the technical aspects and support for integrated AV projects

- Conduct onsite installations alongside employees or third-party support teams

- Evaluate AV project Scope of Work (SOW)

- Review and refine design documentation, collaborating with the Solution Architecture team to develop programming and elevation designs as necessary

- Assist in creating AV installation drawing packages, including elevation diagrams and final as-built wiring diagrams

- Advise clients on optimal placement for all AV components, utilizing industry-standard calculations and best practices

- Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in the AV industry

- Collaborate with the Project Management team to address project implementation challenges

- Support troubleshooting efforts for AV systems

- Identify unique project considerations, such as lifts, rigging, and specialized mounts

- Provide engineering and DSP system programming support during onsite AV system installations

- Travel to various job sites as required

Travel Requirements:

This position may require national travel up to 50%, with potential for international travel. Proximity to major airports is advantageous.

Position Requirements:

- Comprehensive understanding of systems integration techniques

- Basic knowledge of IP networking

- Proficiency in Visio or CAD applications

- Experience with Audio DSP configuration and programming, including Shure, Biamp, and QSC

- Background in the integration and installation of advanced AV systems, such as Cisco and Yealink

- Familiarity with AV equipment installation, including projectors, displays, video walls, speakers, and cabling

- Experience with collaboration platforms like MS Teams, Cisco WebEx, and Zoom

- Capability to lift 25 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally

- Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required

- Ability to lead AV system installations onsite

Position Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, including military experience

- Certifications from Biamp, QSC, Zoom, Cisco, Yealink, Shure, and Dante levels 1, 2, and 3 are advantageous

- Strong passion for AV technology and commitment to delivering high-quality installations

- Demonstrated leadership and guidance during onsite installations

- Excellent project and time management skills

- Solid background in AV testing and quality assurance

- Exceptional communication skills

- Vendor certifications are highly regarded
