Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

About the Role:

Omni Inclusive is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications and integrations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts and workflows
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications
  • Develop and implement automated tests for ServiceNow applications


Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM or SIR management
  • At least 3 years of experience in JavaScript
  • At least 2 years of experience with XML and REST API integration
  • Ability and interest to learn new tools and technologies
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for information security and data security
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  • Experience integrating with ServiceNow
  • Experience with Agile development/DevOps methodologies and tools
