Job Title: National Accounts Manager

At Dermalogica LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled National Accounts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for directing and managing activities for assigned national and regional accounts, consistent with our business philosophy and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
  • Identify opportunities and challenges to create strategies to maximize sell-in, sell-through, profit, revenue, and market share
  • Develop and negotiate new opportunities with assigned accounts
  • Ensure that assigned accounts adhere to contract guidelines
  • Regularly assess performance against goals and communicate updates to senior management
  • Provide thorough data analysis and customer recaps for all meetings
  • Assume the lead role in the preparation and delivery of customer presentations
  • Meet with accounts to maintain relationships, planning, and building business growth
  • Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, products, packaging, and pricing that may impact sales efforts
Requirements:
  • BA/BS preferred with a minimum 5-7 years of progressive account or sales management experience within the consumer goods, professional skin/hair industries
  • Excellent management skills, ability to interface with a wide range of individuals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to quickly identify and work through obstacles
  • Conceptual thinking, ability to integrate various sources of information into one coherent idea
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
