The Senior Education Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in collaborating with faculty and staff at the Education Center to design and execute a variety of curriculum initiatives and educational programs.

This position will also oversee the management of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Education Center's online presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS:

- Lead specific tasks within various OB-GYN projects, including expertise in educational methodologies, development of instructional materials such as handouts, case studies, and videos.

- Organize educational events, including securing venues, catering, and managing continuing education credits, as well as advertising and maintaining educational assessment tools and records. - Ensure comprehensive coordination of all facets of OB-GYN projects.

- Maintain current information on the OB-GYN website, including contact details, resource links, and updated curriculum offerings. - Disseminate OB-GYN educational materials to targeted audiences, including health professions students, professionals, and faculty within designated regions.

- Regularly review other OB-GYN websites and resources to identify potential project opportunities. - Foster positive communication among faculty, staff, and both internal and external stakeholders. - Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Collect and assist in analyzing data for educational publications. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures. Complete required training related to human subjects protection and any other compliance or employee training mandated by the organization. Perform additional duties as necessary to support the educational mission of the OB-GYN department. Collaborate with the OB-GYN director, faculty, and financial administrator to coordinate various staff functions across multiple active OB-GYN projects, including effort estimates and budget assessments.

EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Education or a related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in educational design and development. - Experience in website management and online educational offerings is highly desirable. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

- Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively within a team while also functioning independently. - Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication and writing abilities.
