We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support our Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and experience working in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to department leadership, including calendar management, preparing reports, handling correspondences, and answering telephone calls.
  • Program Coordination: Assist in the day-to-day administration of a residency training program, including managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with department leadership, residents, and faculty members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and implementation of new GME programs or other initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
