Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the medical device market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or marketing experience in the medical device industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within territory and occasionally outside of territory
