Job Title: Territory Manager

The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing distributor relationships, direct customer interactions, and account management. This role requires a strong understanding of the local market and the ability to identify new opportunities for Formica sales within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track projects and opportunities to grow Formica sales in assigned territory
  • Advance Formica's position in the market through enhanced partnerships with local distributor branches
  • Identify and understand the competitive landscape, including product and distribution
  • Finalize and close sales with OEMs and target accounts within assigned territory
  • Develop target accounts by creating a value proposition for Formica
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Business to Business (B2B) selling experience preferred
  • Selling architecturally specified products preferred
  • Ability to motivate others to achieve results
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills
