About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Database Operations Coordinator to join our team at Eocene Environmental Group of the West, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating database operations, generating reports, and providing technical support to field personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate database operations, including receiving downloads of data from field personnel, transferring data in various computer programs, generating and closing work requests, creating pre-load files, tracking refusals and tags/help tickets
- Create and maintain all circuit files and run statistical reports for management
- Facilitate the completion of timely and accurate reports
- Coordinate and prioritize circuit field work scheduling
- Production of maps, manifests, and various reports for planner contractors
- Analysis of the database for quality assurance and data integrity
- Technical support for field personnel, foresters, planners, and office staff

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working with computers, office equipment, and data entry equipment. A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required, as is the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with excellent customer service skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and data collection software (GIS experience a plus) is preferred.
