As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team's daily operations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team as a Business Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the medical field. EPIC experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support the development and implementation of business processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the medical field.
  • EPIC experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
