We are looking for a skilled Database Operations Manager to join our team at Time for Change Foundation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing databases, as well as tracking grant deliverables and creating dashboards and reports to monitor program performance and outcomes.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless data flow and effective use of data-driven insights. Your strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data trends will be invaluable in providing actionable insights for program improvements.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $95,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and optimizing databases, including Ontraport and Microsoft Access
  • Tracking grant deliverables and creating dashboards and reports to monitor program performance and outcomes
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless data flow and effective use of data-driven insights
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in database management, CRM systems, and data analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights for program improvements
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Access, JotForm, and other data collection and management tools
