Front Desk Supervisor

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Front Desk Supervisor at Marriott. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for supervising front desk staff, handling guest complaints, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
A successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a focus on excellence, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to the development of front office policies and procedures
- Monitor front office budgets and forecasts
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a front office management role in a branded hotel environment
- College degree or coursework in hospitality-related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office and hotel-specific platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
