About the Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Front Desk Supervisor at Marriott. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for supervising front desk staff, handling guest complaints, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to the development of front office policies and procedures
  • Monitor front office budgets and forecasts

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a front office management role in a branded hotel environment
  • College degree or coursework in hospitality-related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office and hotel-specific platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
