Position Overview

The Seasonal Retail Associate plays a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience for our fans. This position involves maintaining retail standards and supporting back-of-house operations. Seasonal Retail Associates are expected to work part-time, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome fans and engage them to create an enjoyable shopping atmosphere.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer interactions.
  • Ensure a strong brand connection by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization with attention to detail.
  • Process transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
  • Uphold professionalism and customer service standards to positively represent the Fanatics brand.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for extended hours on game days and during events.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous.
