Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fragrance Specialist to join our team at International Cosmetics and Perfumes. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with customers, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and promoting our luxury fragrance brands.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our fragrance products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and launches to drive sales and engage customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably in the fragrance or luxury goods industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to move in-store, including kneeling, stooping, carrying, bending, and twisting, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
