Job Title: Condominium Project Manager

Affinity Management Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Condominium Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale condominium projects and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Liaise with engineers, contractors, and city officials to facilitate smooth project progression.
  • Work closely with board members to establish the scope of work and select appropriate vendors.
  • Prepare detailed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to solicit bids from potential vendors.
  • Analyze and compare bids to ensure the best value and quality for the project.
  • Oversee the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, engineering principles, and city regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • CAM License
