About the Role
Brunswick Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development professional to join our team as a Senior Learning and Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of our learning and development strategy, driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees, focusing on leadership development, skills enhancement, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for training services.
- Develop and manage the learning budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Lead and manage a team of learning professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure their growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our learning programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align learning programs with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to think strategically, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
