About the Job

This Administrative Assistant role is a key position in our Topeka, KS office, responsible for providing administrative support to our managers and employees.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to our managers and employees
  • Assisting with daily office needs, including answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Preparing regularly scheduled reports and maintaining accurate records

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • High school degree or equivalent
