We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Della Infotech, Inc.
Job SummaryThis is a tactical administrative support role that will facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to managers at the management hierarchy level 5 or below.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide diverse, confidential, and routine administrative support functions using supplied office equipment and/or software.
- Correspondence Management: Route or respond to routine correspondence not requiring supervisor's attention, prepare routine letters and memoranda for review, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare required reports by gathering and summarizing data using office equipment and software to manipulate the data, producing graphics and spreadsheets as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook; excellent communication and organizational skills.
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
