Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Account Manager to join our team at INCPG. This role will be responsible for representing our company's products across all brands for the Dallas and Houston markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for assigned customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the customer organization.
  • Provide leadership and direction for all assigned customer activities, serving as a liaison between the customer team and sales operations organization.
  • Conduct business reviews with assigned customers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies, new item launches, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer pricing files and contracts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and present business plans to attain sustainable growth and achieve true profits.
  • Represent the company professionally during customer interactions and business activities.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of related experience in customer relations or sales, preferably in the CPG/DSD industry.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead and influence others.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.
  • Strong analytical skills, including financial reporting and budget management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as SharePoint and Outlook.
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus.
  • Travel required 50% or as needed across the country.
