About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at NewGen, a social-first creative and creator agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies for our clients, driving brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns that meet client objectives and drive business results
  • Manage relationships with influencers and creators, ensuring high-quality content and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing strategies with broader marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and client services
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry and its key trends and influencers
