Sales and Business Development Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Paychex. As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding our existing client base.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
* Leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to present the Paychex solution to potential clients
* Analyze customer needs and interests to determine the most appropriate products and services
* Expedite the resolution of customer problems or complaints
* Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* 2 years of experience in relevant sales management experience
