Job Title: Transformation Project Manager

Location: New York, NY

Duration: 6 Months (possible conversion)

Description:

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in front office operations and market dynamics.

Experience with regulatory frameworks is essential.

Proven project management skills are a must.

RWA experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with Program Initiative leads to ensure the successful execution of strategic objectives.


• Facilitate working groups and workshops to gather business requirements, develop project timelines, and manage deliverables.


• Provide expert guidance and constructive feedback on business initiatives to align with overall program strategy.


• Ensure that all target state tools, processes, and controls are effectively communicated and approved by the appropriate governance levels.


• Oversee internal and external dependencies across various initiatives, working closely with Risk Managers, Product Owners, and Technology teams.


• Identify potential challenges and proactively address or escalate risks and issues in a timely manner, engaging relevant stakeholders.


• Maintain continuous engagement with senior stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise.


• Produce comprehensive project update materials tailored for different forums and committees.


• Foster strong relationships across teams to support program execution.


• Demonstrate a solid track record in managing strategic projects and delivering complex solutions.


• Exhibit significant experience in Front Office, COO, or Finance Transformation with a history of meeting execution deliverables.


• Show expertise in scoping, developing, and prioritizing plans for strategic initiatives.


• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; articulate and persuasive with the ability to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders.


• Understand mechanisms for tracking and communicating performance effectively.


• Drive change in business practices by collaborating across a global organization and appreciating diverse perspectives.


• Exhibit thought leadership in target state design by engaging stakeholders at various organizational levels.


• Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a focus on follow-up and problem-solving capabilities.


• Have 6+ years of relevant industry experience.


• Experience in managing projects related to regulatory compliance is essential.
