**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead client delivery as part of an on-site or remote project team, defining the framework and structure of deliverables and carrying out the production of complex deliverables.

**Qualifications:**

  • Moderate knowledge and skill in wealth & assets management.
  • Knowledge of the full Wealth and/or Asset Management value chain (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office).
  • Experience in complex transformations or technology implementations in Wealth and/or Asset Management, including business analysis, sourcing model, data model, organizational model, and technical architecture.
  • Experience in designing future state operating models in Wealth and/or Asset Management due to various change catalysts (e.g., core platform change, new product, merger/acquisition, start up, cost reduction, outsourcing, globalization).
  • Specific subject matter expertise regarding transformation and a strong business understanding of Wealth and/or Asset Management products and services.
  • Trained to moderate knowledge and skill in project management.
  • Experience supporting client interview sessions - taking accurate notes, providing meeting minutes, scheduling client meetings, etc.
  • Experience supporting the construction of executive presentations.
  • Proven communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Act as a supportive team player who actively develops relationships and is eager to share knowledge with colleagues and our clients.
  • Flexibility in approach and a willingness to adapt quickly and take initiative when working in unstructured environments with limited supervision.
