Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Program Initiative leads to ensure the successful execution of strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate working groups and workshops to gather business requirements, develop project timelines, and manage deliverables.

  • Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders.
  • Understand mechanisms for tracking and communicating performance effectively.
  • Drive change in business practices by collaborating across a global organization and appreciating diverse perspectives.
  • Provide thought leadership in target state design by engaging stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Bring over 6 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Have experience managing projects related to regulatory compliance.
