Position Overview: Bayforce is in search of several Project Leaders to contribute to a significant financial and treasury transformation initiative. These leaders will concentrate on the Treasury domain, facilitating meetings, documenting discussions, managing RAID logs, and ensuring effective follow-ups. They will take charge of status reporting, formulating project plans and timelines, and overseeing risks and dependencies. The Project Leaders will be pivotal in driving the necessary changes for the transformation.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and oversee project meetings, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain and regularly update RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
  • Prepare and deliver status updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Identify and manage project-related risks and dependencies.
  • Lead the transformation efforts within the Treasury sector.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Leader.
  • Extensive background in the Banking sector.
  • Treasury experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential.
