About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Markets Program Management Team at Collabera. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of deliverables across all workstreams, while imparting subject matter expertise and know-how.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transformation and Change Management: Lead transformation and change management initiatives in Capital Markets, focusing on regulatory-driven change and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with Business, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to facilitate redocumentation and operational readiness.
  • Program Management: Represent Markets Transformation across various streams of work, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives, milestones, issue tracking, and issue remediation.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the program/project, including obtaining buy-in for business process and infrastructure changes.
  • Data Governance: Work closely with Markets Business and Technology teams to ensure accurate, complete, and properly lineage data, and help steer overall data governance.
  • Analysis: Analyze large datasets to inform business decisions.
  • Presentation: Deliver effective, articulate, and concise presentations to senior management covering project/status, resourcing, and plans.
  • Compliance: Comply with all project management standards.
  • Dependency Management: Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives, including developing collaborative relationships with Sales & Trading, Business Managers, Product Owners, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify challenges and proactively seek to resolve or escalate risk and issues in a timely and well-articulated manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Capital Markets Transformation: Experience with Capital Markets Transformation.
  • Business Acumen: Working knowledge of Markets business and products, and/or regulatory capital.
  • Analysis: Experience analyzing large datasets.
  • Project Management: Strong project and program management skills; ability to gain consensus among project team and stakeholders, and drive initiatives to completion effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive with the judgment and authority to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Ability to drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organization and understanding different perspectives.
  • Thought Leadership: Thought leadership in target state design through engaging stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Education: Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) a strong plus.
