Lead Business Development and Sales Efforts

HART GROUP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for leading business development and sales efforts to drive growth and revenue for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Supervise and train a small team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track sales activity and performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software and ability to learn new systems quickly

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
