Sales Professional

Nuckolls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities and growing our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Supervise and train a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our organization remains competitive
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience and a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and ability to use it effectively
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Must have a clean background and own transportation
