Lead Our Organization to Success

Nuckolls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities and growing our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Supervise and train a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our organization remains competitive

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience and a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software and ability to use it effectively

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
