Job Summary:

The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for providing exceptional patient service, registering patients, and managing front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register new patients and update existing patient demographics and insurance information
  • Collect and post co-payments and payments on account
  • Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments as needed
  • Close and balance cash register journals daily
  • Review and update patient mailing addresses
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of receptionist experience preferred
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
