Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the front desk team to ensure excellent guest service and efficient operations.
- Supervise and train front desk staff on hotel policies, procedures, and technology systems.
- Assist with accounting and human resources functions, including payroll, benefits, and performance management.
- Represent the hotel with guests, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, revenue, and operational efficiency.
