About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Fitness Representative. As a key member of our Club team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our Members and Guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all Members and Guests receive a personalized check-in experience, addressing them by name and providing exceptional service.
  • Answer telephones promptly and courteously, directing calls to the appropriate areas and providing accurate information.
  • Stay knowledgeable about Club amenities, programs, and events, promoting them to Members and Guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Provide exceptional service to Members, including towel and water service while they are exercising.
  • Notify supervisors of any Member or Guest complaints, rectifying issues promptly and practicing service recovery.

About You:
  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
