We serve the entire population of Lanai, with a special emphasis on those living at or below 200% of the federal poverty level and the underinsured or uninsured. Role Overview
The Front Desk Representative will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the health center. This integral position involves overseeing health center operations at the front desk, efficiently managing patient telephone calls, and cultivating positive relationships with patients, external organizations, and colleagues.
Responsibilities include:
- Executing front desk activities with precision, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Managing patient telephone calls and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Cultivating positive relationships with patients, external organizations, and colleagues to ensure a welcoming and organized environment within the health center.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in using office software and handling basic clerical tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
Requirements
This position requires:
- Full-time availability with flexibility for occasional adjustments based on operational needs.
- Commitment to upholding and implementing established policies and procedures.
