Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team in Milford, DE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and be certified in BCBA.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will work with students in grades K-12, conducting observations, updating behavior plans, and completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). They will also travel to sites where students are experiencing challenges and provide strategies to support them.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to assess student behavior, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress
  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies and techniques
  • Collaborate with outside agencies and service providers to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Write BIP/FBAs and attend initial IEP meetings to review reports
