About the Role

Milestones is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in applying the principles of behavior analysis to improve the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities or other educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with Special Education Teachers to develop and implement effective behavior analytic strategies.
  • Participate in the intake process for new students and implement assessments to identify areas of need.
  • Apply Behavior Analytic strategies to improve staff performance and provide ongoing supervision as required by the BACB for RBTs and/or BCaBAs.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans to promote student progress.
  • Provide training and mentorship to classroom teams and participate in IEP development meetings, PPTs, supervisor meetings, and classroom meetings.
  • Review student graphs and programming, making modifications as necessary to promote student progress, and observe programming to assess procedural integrity and student progress.
  • Manage and assist with crisis emergency procedures and attend home and community visits as needed.
  • Model high levels of professionalism and confidentiality and ensure staff maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate effectively with parents, related service providers, and Local Education Agencies (LEAs).
Requirements
  • Hold and maintain active Board Certified Behavior Analyst Credential (BCBA).
  • Hold and maintain License in the State(s) in which you provide services, as required.
  • 2 years experience providing behavior analytic services to individuals with autism or other developmental delays preferred.
  • Meet all supervision requirements as specified by the BACB.
  • Excellent professional, leadership, organization, and communication skills (both written and oral).
