Milestones is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of behavioral programs for individuals with developmental disabilities or other educational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Special Education Teachers to develop and implement behavioral programs
- Participate in intake process for new students and implement assessments as needed
- Apply Behavior Analytic strategies to improve staff performance and provide ongoing supervision as required by the BACB
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide training and mentorship to classroom teams and participate in IEP development meetings
- Review student graphs and programming to promote student progress and make modifications as necessary
- Manage and assist with crisis emergency procedures and attend home and community visits as needed
- Model high levels of professionalism and confidentiality and ensure staff maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Collaborate effectively with parents, related service providers, and Local Education Agencies (LEAs)
- Hold and maintain active Board Certified Behavior Analyst Credential (BCBA)
- Hold and maintain License in the State(s) in which you provide services, as required
- 2 years experience providing behavior analytic services to individuals with autism or other developmental delays preferred
- Meet all supervision requirements as specified by the BACB
