Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective retention strategies that align with our organizational goals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with new and existing staff to gauge job satisfaction and address concerns.
- Facilitate communication between management and staff in multiple languages to ensure clear understanding of policies and expectations.
- Analyze turnover data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee benefits, recognition programs, and career development opportunities.
- Advocate for cultural competency across all levels of the organization.
- 2+ years of experience in a retention specialist role or similar HR position.
- Fluent in English and Spanish– both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in the healthcare or homecare industries preferred.
